 Returns

1. Eligibility for Returns

ANY FREE ITEM INCLUDED MUST BE RETURNED TO RECEIVE REFUND
   - You have 60 days to return an item from the date you received it. 
   - To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

2. Return Process
   - To initiate a return, please contact us with your order details and reason for the return. 
   - We will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

3.  Return Shipping
   - Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
   - Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (if applicable).

 Refunds

1. Refund Process
   - Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund request.
   - If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 5 days.

3. Late or Missing Refunds
   - If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card company for processing times. 

 Exchanges

- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us.
